This XIX century old manor, formely the residence of paper-makers, was entirely renovated.
It is located in a large, enclosed, calm and shaded park with secular trees of various species
.
However close to the centre of Pont-Êvêque (500 m) and Vienne (4 km), you can profit from all the suitabilities of a town ( shops, transport, s.o.).

All the rooms are decorated to give you a comfortable stay in peace and harmony.

Are available: a tennis-court, a table-tennis-table, bicycles, French balls, a set of darks, billiards, parlour games, a library (French, English, Spanish, Italian and Finnish books), without forgetting the pleasures of the table.
Not far, you can go to theaters, museums or practice sports such as : golfing, fishing, jogging, climbing, shipping, water-skiing, canoe, s.o…

Periodically, we organize friendly animations: exhibitions, concerts, training courses.
All the year, but with variations, Muriel Cayet is exhibiting her paintings.
